Boarding passes are available for printing between 36 and 1 hours prior to departure. For flights to/from USA between 24 and 1 hours.

Who cannot use Web Check-In?
  • Passengers who have changed their reservation and have pending charges should submit payment by contacting our Reservation Center or by using our .
  • Passengers with reservations that do not include the required airport taxes.
  • Passengers with itineraries that have connections with any airline other than Copa Airlines or Copa Airlines Colombia.
  • Passengers traveling with infants (less than 2 years old) or minors traveling without a companion.
  • Passengers who are traveling in a group (10 or more passengers on the same reservation).
  • Passengers traveling with pets.
  • Passengers traveling with paper tickets.

You should check in at the boarding gate one hour prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time.

For domestic flights
You should check in at the boarding gate half an hour prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time.
