Who cannot use Web Check-in?
  • Passengers who have changed their reservation and have pending charges should submit payment by contacting our Call Center or by using our .
  • Passengers with reservations that do not include the required airport taxes.
  • Passengers with itineraries that have connections with any airline other than Copa Airlines or AeroRepublica.
  • Passengers traveling with infants (less than 2 years old) or minors traveling without a companion.
  • Passengers who are traveling in a group (10 or more passengers on the same reservation).
  • Passengers traveling with pets.
  • Passengers traveling with paper tickets.
  • Passengers on flights departing from Havana, Cuba.
